Issues with updating status pages

    Issues occurred while upgrading the database. Status pages became read-only for about an hour.

You won't be able to create new status pages

    Issue looks like it's been fixed by Github Creating new status pages should be working fine now!

    Github pages is down, which we depend on for languages retrieval. As a result, you won't be able to create new status pages until the issue is resolved.

Your logo may not be shown correctly on your status page

    Seems like logos are working now :D Still monitoring Fastly and Cloudinary status pages until they fully resolve the issues

    There are issues with Cloudinary (the image host of Instatus) As a result, your logos may not be shown correctly on your status page

Email confirmations, New slack & discord subscriptions are not working for some status pages

    Found out that a very small percentage of pages were affected by this, mainly newly created status pages, and status pages that got the latest release.

    Currently releasing a fixed version for them!

    Vercel helped me to fix this. The fix should be released to every status page, however.

    It's currently shipped to our status page and releasing the fix to all status pages right now. Starting with Pro customers, and affected status pages.

    Some status pages are experiencing issues with:

    • Customers confirming their email address after subscribing to a status page
    • Customer subscribing to Slack and Discord

    Created a support request to @Vercel, and currently waiting for them to resolve the issue

Trouble reaching status pages from China

    Vercel has fixed the issue :D Status pages should be accessible everywhere

    There are currently issues with reaching Vercel deployments from China. Since our status pages are hosted on Vercel, we're facing the same issue.

Degraded performance for some status pages

    I've slowed down the shipment of new pages, which should resolve all issues

    I'm currently shipping updates to all status page. If you created a new status page, you might experience delays in your status page being shipped. Also, new status updates might have a bit of a delay to showing up on your status page.
